Wine Wednesday…

Tonight I sent one of my staff members (perks of the job) to the Big Apple to experience the U.S. Launch of TABOR ARTISANAL WINES

It was an exclusive evening of Premium Israeli Wines & Culinary Pairings courtesy of Tabor Winery and the Israeli Wine Producers Association.

Developed under the direction of acclaimed Head Winemaker Or Nadbach, Artisanal represents a bold new chapter for Tabor Winery, elevating the winery’s portfolio into the premium and ultra-premium category while remaining rooted in more than 25 years of sustainable viticulture, craftsmanship, and innovation.

The evening featured wines sourced from Israel’s Galilee, Golan Heights, and Jerusalem Mountains regions, including varietals such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, and Roussanne. Guests will hear firsthand about the philosophy, craftsmanship, and growing global presence behind one of Israel’s most exciting premium wine launches.
