ALEXANDER LIZA Chardonnay
The wine was developed in the sur lie style, without malolactic fermentation, with regular batonnage every other week. The wine aged in French oak barrels from Burgundy for 12 months.
Medium bodied and balanced with flavors of tropical fruits and citrus that’s slightly crisp, and a long delightful finish.
Grilled chicken with rosemary; veal picata; grilled ahi tuna or swordfish. Try it as well with pasta blended with olive oil and light parmesan cheese.
