Sam Soroka is the Winemaking Consultant. Born in Canada, he graduated in Food Science at the McGill University in Montreal and studied oenology at Adelaide University in Australia. Soroka is one of the most experienced winemakers in Israel. He has worked for Hardy’s in Australia & France, for Charles Krug in California, Henry Pelham Winery in Canada, and for both Carmel Winery & Mony Winery in Israel. His wines have won international awards at the very highest level, most notably for Shiraz.
