Yaakov Berg - who has a law degree, never stops learning from wine books and hands on in the field taking an interest in every aspect of the winemaking profession. Yaakov has additionally taken professional courses on winemaking and wine chemistry.
Josh Hexter - who became involved in the Winery in 2004 and trained with the prestigious University of California-Davis school of Enology has been making wine since the harvest of 2001. Josh has garnered the respect of some of the world's most esteemed critics and has won medals for his winemaking in many international competitions. Josh consults with the winery on overall style, blends as well as barrel rotations and maintenance.
